GlobalManpower Management & Development Corporation is a trans-nationally owned corporation engaged in manpower recruitment, development, management and deployment. It provides talented and hardworking Filipino workers for various industries such as construction, hospitality, among others.

The company is part of the Mariners System that comprises of three college institutions, an upgrading training center, and an offshore and sea-based manning agency. The company’s management team are competent and experienced having 30 years of involvement in the field of education, training, recruitment and deployment of manpower locally and internationally.

Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges /Foundation (MPC/F) has risen to be one of the most reputable institutions in the Bicol Region. It consists of three institutions specifically in Legaspi, Albay; Naga City; and Canaman, Camarines Sur. MPC/F is the Alma Mater of an ever-increasing number of competent merchant marine officers, ships’ crew, custom brokers, radio and other mass media personnel, hotel and restaurant managers and personnel, technical and vocational workers, and other gainfully- employed professionals.

Mariners’ Polytechnic Training Center (MPTC)

Mariners’ Polytechnic Training Center (MPTC) is one of the pioneer training institutions in the country since 1983. MPTC is aided by highly qualified trainors providing lectures and practical instructions needed to develop competent and professional seafarers, hotel and restaurant personnel, and tourism personnel. It has also forged linkages with the Welding Industry of the Philippines for training requirements of offshore personnel for welders and fishermen.

Unlad Ship Manning and Management Corp.

Unlad Ship Manning and Management Corp. is an offshore and sea-based manning agency that provides quality Filipino seafarers to its shipping principals in different parts of the globe. It is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 1991 and was issued its first License to Operate as a Manning and Ship Management Company by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on January 24, 1992.
